cost had the highest ADX on my watch list with a tight bid/ask spread

Spy closed below the EMA 8 today so there will be no open to buy for tomorrow.The Dow closed below the EMA 8 yesterday which would have meant no trades for today. I need to decide rather to use the DOW or the S&P 500.  to determing rather I'm trading or not
